About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of face yoga sessions from NeenaVeda. By booking a session or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

NeenaVeda is operated by Neena, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "NeenaVeda" mean Neena trading as NeenaVeda.

Our services

NeenaVeda offers online face yoga sessions for women in midlife and menopause, delivered via video call. Sessions are currently available in the following formats:

• Free Discovery Session — a complimentary 15-minute online session to explore your goals and discuss whether face yoga is right for you. No payment is required and there is no obligation to book further sessions.
• 1:1 Face Yoga Session — a personalised 60-minute one-to-one session tailored to your face and goals, delivered online.
• 3-Session Face Yoga Journey — a series of three personalised 60-minute sessions delivered online, designed to build consistency and lasting progress.
• Group & Corporate Sessions — bespoke face yoga sessions for small groups, events, and workplace wellbeing, arranged by enquiry. Pricing and terms for these sessions are agreed individually at the time of booking.

All sessions are delivered remotely. You will need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space where you are comfortable to move.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through our booking system (TidyCal). Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely by TidyCal's payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge.

To cancel or reschedule, please do so directly through your TidyCal appointment.

Cancellations by NeenaVeda

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session — for example, due to illness or a technical issue — we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. We will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation by us.

Health and medical disclaimer

Face yoga is a gentle, non-invasive practice. However, it is not a medical treatment and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any medical conditions affecting your face, jaw, neck, or head — including but not limited to Bell's palsy, TMJ disorder, recent facial surgery, or neurological conditions — please consult your GP or specialist before participating in a session.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.

Conduct during sessions

We aim to create a welcoming, respectful environment for all participants. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if a participant behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to other participants or to the coach.

Intellectual property

All session content, including exercises, sequences, materials, and recordings (where provided), is the intellectual property of NeenaVeda and/or Danielle Collins (where applicable). You may not record, reproduce, share, or distribute session content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeenaVeda's total liability to you in connection with any session or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that session or service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the time of the update.
